Our Activities:

  • The CHF main goal is to provide information and instruction about heart diseases, specifically how to recognize the symptoms, risk factors involved and how to prevent. We publish all our information’s on the website including the booklet in Papiamento about how you can learn CPR with the use of an AED. Our heart related information is also available in hard copy. Also we inform the public by radio and television programs, lectures, presentations and projects.

  • The Foundation Resuscitation Council of the Netherlands Antilles(FRCNA) is working with all entities involved in CPR and Emergency Cardiac & more Care, shortly a website with the necessary information will be launched

  • The AED foundation of Curacao is working on the PAD= public access defibrillators program, Curacao shortly will have a map with all AED placements on it..

  • The CHF is official International Training Center (ITC) for AHA and ERC and is offering courses in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for laypersons by ERC and for health care professionals by AHA including registration and certification

  • The CHF is close working with the FMA(drugs & smoke control organization) the PWF(cancer society) and the GGD (governmental health service) in the fight against smoking, drug addictions and of course the physical effects.

  • The CHF is every week present on the health promotion bus to provide information’s about our topic’s
